Using our simple sea website templates on our site you can buy website templates Albatron itself makes good video cards, and the
Gigi FX5200P is no exception. It's physically sturdy and clean,
and their trademark blue PCB gives it a bit of flair. You may
notice that there is no active cooling on the card, as heat dissipation
is accomplished solely by the large, aluminum heatsink on top
of the chip. This was most likely done to keep manufacturing costs
down and cut back on noise. In my mind, it's a mistake. The sample
I received became extremely hot after an hour's worth of gameplay;
so much so that it would quickly scorch any hapless fingers it
came in contact with (mine, for example). Adding a fan to the
card would not be difficult; there is even a two-pin power connector
on the card already.
The onboard 128MB DDR is laid out in 8 modules (an
individual module holding 16MB) and is clocked at a speed of 400MHz.
The card isn't particularly special, but I do like the fact that
there is VGA, TV, and Digital outputs. Below are the cards specifications,
courtesy of Albatron.

As always, Albatron excels at packaging. The box
is made of a highly reflective material, which presents a problem
when trying to take a decent photo of it. The included software
is nothing to get excited over, but that's to be expected with
a budget card such as this. The black driver CD is enclosed in
a stylish slim blue jewel case and the games Serious Sam, Motocross
Mania, as well as InterVideo's WinDVD Creator are included. For
overclockers, Albatron was also considerate enough to include
the "coolbits" registry tweak on the driver CD. Again,
it's not exciting, but still a fairly decent bundle for the price
range. Other than the aforementioned software, here's what you
get:
