The nForce 4 chipset has a hardware firewall built into it, and Nvidia has a nice software interface for it. What is the advantage of a hardware firewall? If you use a software firewall, during times when your computer is receiving a lot of packets from the Internet, a software firewall will cause the computer to slow down. This is because the CPU has to examine every single packet being received in order to see if it should let it past. A hardware firewall does most of the work examining the packets allowing the CPU to do other work. Mainly a hardware firewall will not slow down your computer when in use, a software firewall will.

The motherboard supports RAID on the SATA ports; Nvidia has a nice software solution to manage your RAID array. It allows you to create an array, delete an array, convert a RAID 1 to 0 through the software (without loosing any data), you can even hot-swap your hard drives.

The onboard Ethernet controller on the motherboard is a gigabit Ethernet. You can transfer up to 1000 Mb/s, 10 times faster then 10/100 Ethernet. However you will only see the speed improvement if the rest of your network is set up as gigabit Ethernet.
Nvidia nTune Performance Application
This utility lets you monitor the motherboard (CPU temp, voltages, etc) inside Windows. This utility also allows you to overclock the computer directly inside Windows. You can even overclock your Nvidia video card through this utility.
This utility also gives you some generic information on the computer. When I was using this utility I noticed that under manufacturer the board was listed as a Chaintech. I did a little more research and I found out that Chaintech manufactures this board. It is the same board as the Chaintech VNF4.
Nvidia NVMixer
This utility lets you control the onboard audio. You can adjust everything from the volume, to the speaker arraignment.
Unified Driver Architecture
All Nvidia products are now using the UDA. This is one set of drivers that support all Nvidia products.
