Controls

For the lesser mortals in order to convert PSD to CSS converting Psd to html is something that requires the help of designers and programmers

If you're going to fly a flight simulator, bring a joystick. It's as simple as that. To get the most out of CFSII's controls you need a joystick. Trying to fly and dogfight with a keyboard will not be a fun experience for you or your plane. Now that we have gotten the fact that you need a joystick down, lets move on. The controls in Flight Simulator are easy to grasp, especially if you have played any of the previous Microsoft flight simulators or Combat Flight Simulator because the keys can be setup the same way. If you are unfamiliar with flight simulators you will experience a learning curve at this point as you try to master the controls. The basic flight controls are handled with your joystick such as turning, diving, climbing and firing your weapons. I would recommend doing some free flights and getting used to the controls. The other functions that are important during flight will be your wingmen commands, which are accessed by default through using shit+0-7, and your tactical display which has a ground mode, sea mode, and aerial mode (changed by pressing the M key). The tricky part comes in flying and fighting in the different planes that CFSII comes with. Each responds differently to thrust and flight inputs so once you have mastered the basics you then have to master each plane. Hey, it wouldn't be called a simulator if there wasn't some simulation involved now would it? Depending on which side you choose you get a different set of options for planes. Each plane accelerates differently, turns differently and takes damage differently. A Zero for example can turn quickly, allowing you to get behind your enemy with little effort. But, let one unload on you and you will be in flames due to it's inherently weak armor. Take the same scenario in a P-51 or Hellcat and the scenario is totally different. It will take some time before you master the basic controls and how each plane handles so be prepared.
