I think you'd be better off if you used a water bong if you're going to use a fan of that size to cool water like that.
I do like that radiator you have, that'll do some super cooling.

what if you turned a 5.25 bay res into a water bong? how cool would that be?

The higher the drop for a water bong the cooler the water would be, since a 5 1/4" bay res wouldn't quite be as effective.

also kinda harder to get suction for a really deeb water bong unless you use some good tubing and multiple chambers
but you have to admit, it would be handy to have at say... an " lan party
...or at my cousins house...

The idea to a water bong is a good idea, the only problem is because it's and the evaporation of the water, there is a high humidity level, with that, it's going to sticky, and then metal will start to rust and that's not fun.

I see what you mean now . That is true what you've said. Since the bong apparatus is pretty big. I want to get another water cooler whenever I get another computer, but from my financial standpoint right now, that's not happening anytime soon.

your finances?
i have $7 in my bank account
winning this was the only way i could possibly have an upgrade until like, at least this fall or winter - my current rig has been running for 14 months, and most of this is 18 months old tech - and thats all when i bought it 6 months past prime
thinking about a refurb MSI K8T and a64 2800+ for $238... only a few lawns mowed, but it would still be pretty k-a

I need to save my money last summer when I worked I blew all my money away. Now it's time to start saving. Otherwise, I don't know where I'd end up w/o any money.

Got my 2500+ today. Unfortunately I'm not able to put it into a computer and try it out right away. My computers are sitting in the corner waiting for me to finish clearing out a corner in the basement, run some power to that corner, run some network cable to that corner, and put a desk down there.
