Here I will be first with a simple fan mod. I have a Coolermaster fan which is very quiet and a big server case with 3 loud fans so I am slowly changing all 3 to this.
I took an old fan with a bad bearing and gutted the center and mounted the Coolermaster to it. I had to then notch each side so I can mount it in the fan brackets with the two tabs, those with Thermaltake/Enermax cases will understand. The airflow is about twice what a round fan is through the stock grilleng. And trust me when I say this is very quiet.

looks like its going to be a tough race (the number of modders doesnt reflect quality of mods, i think)

I hate to tell you guys this. Unfortunately, as you can see we only have 4 entries to this modding contest. We feel that these entries are not enough for the 3 grand prizes. We'll figure out a way so that someone in the 4 will win something.
Thanks for your cooperation.

Make that 5 entries. I'm currently resizing pics and then I'll post my case.

Someone will be awarded a prize We'll still go on schedule - except it won't be the prizes listed in the first thread.

any idea what those prizes might be, or what the prize will be since it sounds like you are saying there will only be one prize now?

I'm still in the process of the negioations, but yes, there will only be one prize since there's only 5 entries.

You definitely know that through SEO, your business will benefit hugely, so you have to make sure to find the right Link Building Company that can help you gain your goals SEO on lookup motor rankings, finding the best Link Building Company for your business is a lot more crucial than ever. Link building Company will help you | Simple Website Templates. Every great website and web design needs a starting place or point. Our own newly redesigned website started from a basic template that was heavily modified to suit our needs and the same can be done for you. Using our simple sea website templates on our site you can buy website templates So, what you're saying is that you guys decided to change the rules at the end of the contest? Nowhere in the original post did it say that the rules are subject to change or editing as is seen fit.
I would refer to this as a "bait and switch" tactic. You got us to enter the contest with the hope of winning one of three prizes. So, now that the contest is over, you decided that you wanted to change the prizes. In all honesty, I don't see how that is fair to the entrants to the modding contest for you to tell us that there will be three prizes, but once we've entered our entries and the contest has ended, you change your minds and change the prizes.
Doing things like that will not make you a popular site in the enthusiast community. People will see what you did and will decide that they don't want to hang around in a place where the mods, etc. change their minds about things such as this. I think that the way you are handling this is wrong and you should own up to the fact that there are only five entries and you should still give out the three original prizes.
Please tell me where in your original post where you said that rules and/or prizes are subject to change? I've quoted the original post below so that you don't have to go back to the original post.
