Anyone know if there is a website or some type of source that will show me the proper way to install the Asus SK8V board, just the basic procedures 'n all. Its my first real time building a computer on my own and I dont want to leave anything to chance.

I'm not aware of any website that will tell you how to install the board, however, I do have some experiance installing that board into a case. If you have a question let me know and I'll try to answer it.

Thnx man. Once I finally find a descent place that has the board and wont charge me out the *** for it I'll let you know of any problems I run into.

I believe the SK8V has been discontinued, so it might be a little hard to get. Have you tried Monarch Computer? They have it for $179

I just checked with someone that knows more about 940pin motherboards then me. They recommended the Asus SK8V as the best board for a 940 pin CPU.
