I agree with GAb. My Enermax has got more connectors than I need and it's got miles of cable more than I need. Example: on group of wires coming out of my PSU has 4 Molex connectors on it. Of those 4, I'm only useing one. It's got 8 Molex and 2 Floppy connections over three groups of wires. I've got half of my connectors free and miles of wire that took forever to hide.

You obviously don't have enough "schtuff" to plug in.
Whoop out that credit card and buy some more gadgetry.

Mind if I whoop out yours? Because obviously my credit card (actually, it's the kind tied to my checking account) has no money in it. I'm officaially a broke college student who doesn't start working again until Sept. 6. I do wish that I could afford some new stuff. My birthday is coming up and I straight out told my mother not to ask me what I wanted because what I want is money to upgrade my computer. Of course, I told her that I wanted the money to fix parts that were starting to fail on me, not that I want to do some upgrades.

I have a drawer loaded with tons of spare molex, 3pin, and any other cables you may find in a computer when I salvage old PSU's. i snip them as close to the PSU as I can, and junk the old PSU. This allows me to solder/add more cables as I need them. just because teh PSU only came with a limited number of connectors, doesnt mean it cant support them. But realize that the PSU is still going to be limited by it's wattage and not the number of cables it has.

Ok, i have 2 shortlisted PSU's,
The thermaltake 480W wiv active PFC silent power or the Enermax 460W, both seem pretty good quality wiv good reviews, i need one wiv alot of connecotrs, just not sure which one has more, but my mind wanders to the Tt PSU, cos its built for my case...... i need a 2nd opinion. Ta

mainly the eyes that the xaser 3 assaults, however...
first thing i think when i see that case is beeeeyong!!!!
yeah... too gaudy
id recoomend the enermax, just because i got beef with thermaltake, since the volcano i had fried a cpu and the tt g4 cooler i have on my Ti really sucks (instead of blowing, which is good)

The TT one being built for your case is just marketing BS. Sure, it has a design that matches the Xaser III, however, I'd go with the Enermax. I haven't actually heard anything about the TT power supplies and I'd stick with something that has been tried and has worked great.

The Tt PSU is actually a nice unit. I have it and it is pretty quiet. Has been going for 8 months now in my rig without a hitch. It also has plenty of molex connectors that are on really long runners for the big cases.

Not real sure what you are trying to do with your PC but the Enermax PSUs have a high return rate due to failed or low voltage on the 5v rails. if you are wondering, the 5v rail is what controls memory CPU mostly. Low voltage there will affect system stability. Give serious looks to the Antec True Power line or the Thermaltake units. I went with the Thermaltake unit because it was available to me at the time I purchased, would had to order the Antec unit I wanted. The Enermax that I had was replced by an Antec and my instabilties stopped.
