This close up shows the 2" driver and 1" driver capable of delivering 6 watts and 3 watts, respectively.
The satellite design has a small foot print, with the dimensions of 2.70"x 3.25" x 9.16". Most users should
be able to find some space on their tables to accommodate its small foot print. The speaker connection type
is composite/RCA type and plugs directly into the subwoofer. Measuring in at just 3 feet the cables to the satellites
are way too short.
After several attempts I have determined that there is no possible way to be satisfied with these cables.
They are about 3 feet long and I could barely extend the right satellite onto my table top. The control pod however,
was sufficiently long at approximately 6 feet. The port used to connect the control unit looks similar to an S-video output.
Unlike most speakers, this set includes an external power brick; where many are integrated into the subwoofer making
this sub weigh slightly less.
A nice feature found in this pair of speakers is the inclusion of some CD's which contain some music and a
multimdia presentation of the speakers.
The subwoofer has a wooden cabinet made out of compressed wood painted black.
