TV cannot be screen captured by hitting the print screen similar to that of playing a DVD and hitting print screen, you will always be taking a "blank" shot. You can't take a screen capture of any video with recording on. Just like you can not change the channel while recording, which is good in case you accidentally change the channel. If you close PowerCinema while recording, thinking it'd automatically stop. PowerCinema will crash, and you will receive a message stating that it recovered from a serious error. Another thing I'd like to point out, even though this is meant for TV viewing and radio listening, is when you pop in a DVD, PowerCinema pops up asking if you want to play a DVD. If you choose that option, CyberLink wants you to pay for their PowerDVD to enjoy the viewing using their other software. I think it's stupid to ask you if you want to use PowerCinema to watch a DVD then prompt you to pay for the software.

Conclusion

If Sapphire had not included such useless software with this TV tuner I would rate it highly; but because PowerCinema is completely disgusting it gets an easy 4/10. Now if you run Windows XP Media Center Edition OS which has its own software to work with the TV tuner, I would have to give it an 8/10 rating, and since we can't give it two ratings it lands in the middle with a final rating of 6/10. So overall, the card is cheap, but definitely not worth your money unless you are using WMCE operating system otherwise I would pick up a Hauppauge for nearly the same price which works without WMCE and includes better software with it.
