This TV tuner does not require a heatsink of any sort although the card does become warm.
The package looks good with a remote and receiver, ATI's break out box, FM antennae, CyberLink's PowerCinema, and a half height I/O shield. The beauty part about this short height is the ability to use this card in a SFF PC that uses half height I/O cards.
